IVAN RAMIREZ

Principal

Ivan is a Los Angeles native with a keen sense of architecture, construction and design. He received his B.Arch at Syracuse University’s School of Architecture in New York and returned to Los Angeles to practice under several architecture firms prior to the establishment of his own company. Driven by a curiosity of form and function, he soon found his passion in design-build construction. The principles of architecture and construction together form and drive the process of each project in an integrated model with focus on quality beginning to end. With over 20 years of experience, his body of work encompasses architectural homes designed by Neutra and Schindler in Southern California to L.A. art galleries and high-end residential properties working alongside premier interior designers. As a design-build general contractor, Ivan is versed in remodels, restorations, and additions. He is the founder and principal of Joint Design Build.
